With 14,000 global employees, identifying future leaders at all levels of the business is a daunting task. Hand-made comparisons between prospects are difficult and time consuming, but worse, they are impossible to standardise.
By integrating with Flight Centre’s CORE database and tracking the monthly position of each prospect on axes of both performance and potential, NetEngine were able to automate leader-analysis company-wide, displaying results in a consistent manner that allows comparison across area and national boundaries.
Having been through a successful pilot program, the Future Leader System is now enabling the next generation of profitable Flight Centre leaders to repeat their successes on a larger scale.
